1 - At a Network Provider, simply follow the following steps:
Provider reception: Explain what you are there for.
Present your Seib Insurance Card and Qatari ID.
Pay the upfront co-payment or deductible.
Follow provider instructions to receive treatment.
2 - Claim Submission Criteria
All documents should be submitted in English or Arabic.
Claims must be submitted within 60 days from the day of treatment (if in Qatar) or within 90 days from day of treatment outside Qatar.
Requested pending documents to be submitted within 90 days if treatment is inside Qatar and 120 Days for that outside Qatar.
1) To your broker or agent.
2) Directly to Seib Insurance offices.
3) Through our Seib Insurance Mobile App/Web portal.
3 - Claims Documentation
Lab results/any relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
Radiology results/relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
Medication prescription (if applicable)
