HE Sheikh Jabor Bin Yusef Bin Jassim Al-Thani Chairman of the Board He is a member of the Qatari ruling famil and received a law degree from the Lebanese University. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Information Foundation that encompasses all newspaper, radios and television broadcasting in the State of Qatar. He is a board member of Al-Jazeera TV. He is the chairman and director of several privately established companies in Qatar in the industrial, commercial, insurance and re-insurance, real-estate, energy, conferences and exhibition industries. He is a shareholder of several Qatari banks, namely Doha Bank, Masref Al Rayan and others. He also sits on the board of directors of The Arab Finance House He is the chairman of Energy and Environment Holding, United Group for Projects, Doha Properties, Grey International and Qatar Expo He is also a partner with a Swiss international legal law firm Lalive Qatar. He serves on the advisory board of directors of Georgetown University in Qatar on which he was recently elected as Vice President. |

Mr. Mohammed Noor A. Al Obaidli Non-executive independent member of the Board He holds a BBA from Cairo University and has been a director of international organizations, conferences and treaties (ambassador rank) for the ministry of foreign affairs. He is the Chairman of OITC group of companies which is one of the leading Qatari groups offering services in the sectors of high end engineering & design, procurement, hydrocarbon, power, desalination plants, and telecom. He held management positions in the insurance and major corporate sector including General Manager of "Al Khaleej Insurance Co." and establishing and being on the board of "Doha Insurance Co.". He had a distinguished political, ministerial and diplomatic career with positions at the UN and other international organization. |

Mr. Farid Chedid Executive Member of the Board He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, holds a Master's degree in Management, a Master's degree in Finance, a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law. He is the Chairman, Founder and CEO of Chedid Capital SAL (Holding)a group of companies He is a member of the Advisory Board of EuroMena II Private Equity Fund. His business achievements moved on with the formation of SEIB Insurance and Reinsurance Company LLC authorized by the Qatar Financial Centre and Chedid Corporate Solutions LLP, UK, a consultancy firm. |

Mr. Roudi E. Baroudi Non-executive Member of the Board He joined an energy firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., in 1978. His International experience includes project and program development, with the World Bank, IMF, European Commission, state-to-state protocols, USAID, Arab Fund for Social and Economical development, EximBank and, multilateral agency financing in the United Status, Middle East, Central Asia, Japan and Europe, many of which have involved negotiations between private and publicly owned concerns and foreign government or state enterprises. He has done extensive work in energy, economic prosperity and security, development programs which tackled advance energy and economic growth related to Private Sector (IPP) power development, electricity market unbundling gas market reform, political reform and deregulation and extensive work on international oil and gas ventures, petroleum development exploration including government legislation. He has contributed to regional and international journals, televisions, and magazines with different articles on energy and security matters, political, economic and climate change. He is the author and co-author of books and reports on several research activities in the energy field. He is also a regular lecturer on global energy and transportation affairs. |

Mr. Roman Mathieu Non-executive Member of the Board He holds two graduate degrees in Finance (DESS and Magistère) and a Master's degree in Management from the Sorbonne University. He is the Managing Director of The EuroMena Funds since 2004. He has more than 15 years experience in corporate transactions and advising family owned businesses, covering Europe and the MENA region. He headed Ernst &Young's MENA desk in France and was a Partner of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance (EYCF) and M&A in France. He worked with Lazard frères, in the M&A and financial affairs team. From 1996 to 1998, he headed the credit department of Banque Saradar in Lebanon and was a member of the bank's credit committee. |
